LMS History
LMS began letting houses in 2007 as the sales market took a downturn. Very quickly a reputation was built for providing a quality service to both tenants and landlords. Having firmly established ourselves as a leader within the area, and with demand from a number of people in the area wanting a fresh approach to sell their property, LMS began to sell houses in 2010. The values remain - look after the customers.

Selling Fee
Our standard sales fee applicable once your sale has completed is 1.2% (1% +vat) of the agreed sales price, and is payable on completion, usually from funds received by your solicitor from your buyer.
