As a tenant you will receive a transparent application process, and a home you can enjoy.
Once you have chosen a suitable home with LMS, you will need to pay an administration fee in order to start the referencing and credit check process.
Our fees are extremely competitive, and cover all aspects of the process – there are no other fees payable. When you move in to the property, you will usually be required to pay one month rent plus a deposit.
When you begin your tenancy with LMS, you’ll be advised who is responsible for maintenance issues for the property, whether it is LMS or the landlord themselves. In most instances, LMS will act as the managing agent throughout your tenancy, so any maintenance issues you experience will be raised with us, and one of our experienced contractors will attend your property as soon as possible.
